Delivery & Transit Information
We at Filum Co. strive to efficiently deliver your cozy home decor to your doorstep. Below is everything you need to know about how your order gets from our warehouse to your home.
Order Processing
- Handling Time: All orders require 1–3 business days for processing, quality checks, and packaging before being handed over to our shipping carriers.
- Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 22:00 PM PST will be processed starting the next business day.
Order Tracking
- Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s website.
- Tracking Updates: Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the shipping carrier after you receive the dispatch notification.
- Missing Updates: If your tracking status has not been updated after 48 hours, or if you believe your package is lost, please contact us immediately at info@filumco.com

We currently ship within the United States. You will be able to select your preferred shipping speed at checkout.

Important Shipping Notes
- P.O. Boxes: We can ship Standard Ground to P.O. boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) within the US, but expedited options may not be available.
- Multi-Item Orders: If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days due to varied product sizes (especially large rugs vs. small pillows) and warehouse locations. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are dynamically calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order, selected shipping speed, and the final destination.
