Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Please contact us at info@filumco.com as soon as possible after placing your order. We can modify or cancel orders before they have been processed and dispatched (typically within 24 hours).

Order processing time is typically 1-3 business days. Standard shipping time is generally 5-10 business days depending on your address. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Q: Are Filum Co. products machine washable?

Many of our products, especially our Rugs and Sofa Slipcovers, are designed to be Machine Washable for maximum convenience. However, Decorative Pillows, especially those with Tufted or Knot designs, often require Hand Washing or Professional Dry Cleaning. Please check the specific care instructions in the product description.

 Q: How do I remove wrinkles from a Tapestry?

Tapestries often arrive with creases from packaging. You can gently iron them on the lowest heat setting or hang them in the bathroom while taking a hot shower. The steam will help smooth the fabric.

Q: Are your products pet-friendly?

Yes! Our Sofa Throw Blankets and several woven rug styles are made with Anti-pilling and durable materials, making them highly suitable for homes with pets.

Q: Are your door mats non-slip?

Yes. All our Bath Mats and Entryway Doormats are equipped with an Anti-Slip TPR Bottom to ensure safety and stability on all floor types.

Q: Are the sofa covers truly stretchable?

Absolutely. Most of our Sofa Slipcovers are made from a high-stretch Polyester/Spandex blend, ensuring they conform snugly and fit various sofa shapes (single, 2-seater, 3-seater, 4-seater).

Q: Do the unique decorative pillows (Knot, Pumpkin) include the insert?

Yes. Unique-shaped Decorative Pillows like the Knot and Pumpkin pillows typically come filled. However, our Pillow Covers (like the Tufted Tassel Covers) DO NOT include the pillow insert, and you will need to purchase the insert separately. This is always clearly noted in the product description

Q: Is there any cutting tolerance in the product size?

Yes. Due to the nature of textile and handmade goods, there may be a slight cutting tolerance (usually 1-3 cm). Please refer to the detailed size chart in the individual product description.
